We bring to you some important AKSU admission news 2022 on the release of the AKSU admission list 2022/2023 including the AKSU first batch, second batch and third batch.
The names of all the admitted candidates into various undergraduate courses at the Akwa Ibom State University have been published online for checking.
Meanwhile, all the concerned candidates awaiting their admission status are advised to start by checking their admission status via JAMB CAPS portal to confirm the course that are admitted into.
Note: all the AKSU candidates that are admitted on JAMB CAPS must immediately accept or reject their admission within 72 hours before proceeding to print admission letter.

Is AKSU admission list 2022 out?
At this time of publishing this information, the Akwa Ibom State University admission list for the 2022/2023 academic session is not out yet.
Meanwhile, the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) merit and supplementary admission list 2022 will both be uploaded on UNILAG JAMB CAPS Portal for checking.

How to Check and Accept AKSU Admission Status 2022 Through JAMB CAPS
If you are one of the candidates waiting for the AKSU admission list, then follow these steps below to check your AKSU admission status on JAMB CAPS portal.
- Visit the JAMB CAPS eFacility portal via https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility../
- Enter your JAMB e-Mail address
- Click the “Password” column to enter your password
- Tap on the login button to login
- After logging in, scroll down and select “Check Admission Status”
- On the next page that will open, select “Visit my CAPS”
- Now you’ll to redirect to your JAMB CAPS portal
- Tap the drop-down menu to see full options
- Finally, select “Admission Status” from the options to see your AKSU admission status
- If you have been admitted, scroll down and click on Accept or Reject to either accept or reject the admission
How to Check AKSU Admission List 2022 On AKSU Status Checker Portal
Alternatively, candidates can also check their AKSU admission status by visiting the AKSU admission status checking portal to check as shown in the steps below:
- Go to the AKSU admission status portal via https://aksu.edu.ng/app/
- Click on the “Start Now” button
- Type in your JAMB registration number in the column
- Click the arrow at the right hand side of the column to proceed
- On the next page, follow the screen instructions to see your AKSU admission status.
Will AKSU Release Second List/Third List 2022?
All candidates that are qualified for admission into the Akwa Ibom state University (AKSU) that were not included in the merit list will be admitted via the second batch.
This is to say that the AKSU admission list for 2022 will be released in batches, starting from the merit list to the AKSU supplementary list.
Meanwhile, as the candidates are still awaiting the AKSU second list 2022, it is advisable to keep on checking their CAPS and also make sure they’ve confirm and upload their O’level result as shown here.
Note also that all newly considered candidates will be uploaded on both the AKSU admission portal and the JAMB CAPS portal for the candidates to accept their admission.
