Is JAMB Form 2023 Out?

JAMB 2023 registration begins 14th Jan, exams begin 29th April

JAMB has disclosed that the registration for the 2023 UTME will commence from Saturday, January 14 to Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Direct Entry registration would commence from Monday, 20th February to Thursday, 20th April 2023.

It was further revealed that the 2023 main UTME will hold from Saturday, 29th April 2023, to Monday, 12th May 2023 while the 2023 mock exam will hold March 16th, 2023.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration form for the 2023/2024 academic session is not out for sales yet but will commence on the 14th of January. See the registration dates and deadline below.

To be qualified to register for the 2023 JAMB exam, candidates must meet the following requirements;

• All candidates must register and have their National Identity Number (NIN)
• The candidate must meet the JAMB minimum age requirement
• You must have a valid means of identity
• The candidate must present his choice of institutions
• The Senior Secondary School Certification Exam (SSCE) is needed
• The candidate must present the correct subject combination for the courses he or she chooses
• All candidate must pay to obtain the JAMB ePin
• Each candidate must present 4 different choices of course.

Can a 15 years Old Register for JAMB 2023?

1. JAMB Age Requirement 2023

JAMB recommends that all intended candidates must be up to 15 years of age as at the time of registration. No candidate below 15 years may be allowed to register for the JAMB 2023 exam.

2. JAMB NIN Identity Requirement 2023

All intending candidates that wish to register for JAMB 2023 must be registered citizens of their country of origin.

Candidates from Nigeria are required to register and have their National Identification Number (NIN). You can register JAMB 2023 NIN online with your phone here

3. JAMB Institution-choice Requirement

Applicants are to present four different institutions of their choices, this must include a federal, state or private university, polytechnic or a college.

4. JAMB O’level Requirement

All intending JAMB candidates must show a proof that they have completed their secondary school by having their Senior Secondary School Certification Exam (SSCE), except for those that are awaiting results.

Some of the acceptable SSCE by JAMB in 2022 include WAEC, NECO, WAEC GCE, NECO GCE, NABTEB or their equivalence.

5. JAMB Field of Specialization Requirement

Before registering for JAMB, you must make up your mind and choose the choice of discipline whether Science, Arts or Commercial. This must be the same as you choose for your SSCE.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB form and JAMB registration fee is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Naira (N4,700) only.

The JAMB registration fee of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Naira (N4,700) is broken down as follows;

Breakdown of JAMB Fee for 2023:

• JAMB ePIN (JAMB form) is three thousand five hundred Naira (N3,500)
• Registration fee is (Charges fee at CBT centers) is seven hundred Naira (N700)

Below are the five (5) simple and approved steps to register for JAMB 2023 by yourself without making any mistake;

1^st Step: the first step to register for the 2023 JAMB exam is to register and get your NIN. All registration for the 2023 JAMB exam will be done using your NIN.

2^nd step: the second step is to generate your JAMB profile code. Generating of the 2023 JAMB profile code can only be done using the phone number that is linked to your NIN.

3^rd Step: after getting your JAMB profile code, the next thing to do is to buy your JAMB e-Pin. The ePin is like your registration form and it is a one time payment.

4^th step: after you must have gotten the ePin, the next thing to do is to visit an accredited JAMB CBT center to carry out the registration. You must go there with the following:
