If you are asking such questions then we wish to also inform you that you are not alone on this matter.
We have learnt that a lot of JAMB candidates who registered JAMB last year but was not admitted have chosen to take another bold step by registering this year.
The good news is that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has given a fresh update on the issue of using the same phone number, the same email and the same profile code for JAMB registration 2022.
Can I use the Same Email to Register JAMB Twice?
No!
Using the same email address to register JAMB twice simply means that you’re trying to use the email that you have already used to register JAMB in previous years and it not advisable at all.
Can I use one email twice for JAMB?
NO!!!
It is not advisable for JAMB candidate to use the same email they used last year to register JAMB again in 2022 else, they will have so many difficulties.
If you try using the same email for this year JAMB, kindly know that if your email was previously used for JAMB registration, then it means it has been linked to a JAMB profile and cannot be relinked to another JAMB profile.

So because of that, there will be issues with using the same email you used already to register JAMB again because JAMB will always automatically redirect you to your old profile.

Can I use the Same Profile Code to Register JAMB Twice?
Yes!!!
If you are reapplying for JAMB, then you are free to use your last year profile code to register JAMB again.
But for this to work out, you must use the same phone number that you used that year. See how to do it below.
If unfortunately, you can not remember your previous JAMB profile code, then follow these steps to retrieve your JAMB profile code.

What is previously used phone number? According to JAMB, a previously used phone number is any phone number that has been used already for generating JAMB profile code, buying JAMB ePin, creating JAMB profile and registering JAMB in previous years.
Can I use the same phone number twice for JAMB 2022?
YES!!!
According to the bulletin released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in 2019 which reads “previously used phone numbers for JAMB registrations can only be re-used by the same candidate but not another candidate” with conditions shown below.
This means that JAMB candidates are free to use the same phone number that used previously for JAMB registration to register for JAMB again base on the following conditions.
- The number can only be used by the same candidate
- The candidate who is using the number again will use the same profile code at the previous registration
- The profile code of last year will be used to purchase a new ePin.

In conclusion, you can use the same phone number, email and profile code to register JAMB twice and as many times as possible as long as you follow the instructions.

I reused the GsmNO I used since 2016, when I went for The registration, it was showing; email address or phone number supplied has been used. (This is the unresolved issue)

You have to change your NIN phone number to be able to use the service. Visit any NIMC enrollment center to do the changes.

My JAMB CAPS has been showing “your admission is being processed” for over two weeks. If I register for JAMB again, will it affect my last JAMB score?
It may! But I recommend you wait a little before registereing. Admission being processed is a sign that you will likely be admitted
